Natalia is in her second year of the program. She received a B.A. in Classics from Boston College (2008). Additionally, she has excavated at Pompeii, Italy (2006) ,and spent an internship studying Roman coinage at the British Museum (2007). Natalia's primary interests include early Rome, the late Republic, and the function of religious institutions in both periods; additionally, she enjoys considering the oracular culture of Archaic Greece as evidenced in Herodotus' work and the role of the Sibylline Books in the Roman Republic.
