These files have been uuencoded for safe transport across networks. 

To use the files, FTP them to your local Unix system.  Then uudecode them 
as follows:

uudecode ccatinfo
uudecode ccatprgs
uudecode read.me

This will create three files:
ccatinfo.exe
ccatprgs.exe
ccatread.me

FTP them to your DOS machine. Make sure the *.exe files still have the 
.exe extension after you download them to your machine.
