The CCAT utilities files are in a compressed format 
in the file CCATINFO.EXE and CCATPRGS.EXE.  To decompress them on 
your hard disk, or another floppy, simply type the name of the file 
that you want to decompress and a destination drive letter as 
follows:

CCATINFO C:
and/or
CCATPRGS C:

Keep in mind that this will put them in the default directory of
the destination drive, so either CD to the directory in which you
want them, or specify a path:

CCATINFO c:\CCAT
