Classical Review publishes timely reviews of current scholarly work
in the field of classical studies (including archaeology). This site is
the authoritative archive of BMCR's publication, from 1990 to the
present. Subscription to the ongoing journal is free and may be obtained
by filling in the appropriate form for
BMCR (reviews in
classical studies only) or, alternately,
BMR (BMCR
classical reviews along with The Medieval Review's medieval studies reviews;
the same forms may be used to unsubscribe from the journal. |

From June
2002, this site also preserves the reviews of Bryn Mawr
Electronic
Resources Review, which published reviews of non-print classical
scholarship. They are not at present included in our indexing, but we
hope to add them at a future date.
Books for
review may be sent to
BMCR, Department of Greek, Bryn Mawr College,
Bryn Mawr PA 19010. Once a month a list of books received is published on this website and by e-mail. Qualified scholars interested in reviewing for the
journal may signal their interest in books on that list by
e-mail. BMCR is unable to reserve books. |
