Arthur Kiron is Curator of Judaica Collections at the Penn Library and
Adjunct Assistant Professor of History in the History Department. Kiron
manages and develops the Judaic collections throughout the University of
Pennsylvania Library system and supervises the Center for Advanced Judaic
Studies Library. His areas of subject specialization are in Atlantic
Jewish history and the history of the Jewish book.

Kiron currently serves on the International Academic Advisory Board for Sephardic Studies/Livorno, Italy, the Advisory Board of the Philadelphia Jewish Archives Center, the Academic Advisory Board of the Center for Advanced Judaic Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, the Board of Trustees of the American Veterans of Israel (Machal), and the editorial board of the Association of Jewish Libraries.
