Hotel Reservation Information

Rooms have been pre-reserved at the Hyatt Hotel in New Brunswick for your convenience.
However all reservations must be made individually through the Hotel’s Reservation Department by calling (732) 873-1234 or (800) 233-1234.

The guest room rates are the following per day:

• Single Occupancy: $119.00
• Double Occupancy: $119.00
• Triple Occupancy: $144.00
• Quadruple Occupancy: $169.00

The cut-off date for reservations is October 5, 2008.
Reservations requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.

MAR/AAS advises all attendees to make hotel reservations early, as rooms tend to fill up.
