Pluperfect

 

A.     Read the following sentences:

‘I came to your home once.’

 

2.     tme mne kerI `v6avelI.

‘You made me eat mango.’

 

3.     me& rSta pr sap joyelo.

‘I once saw a serpent on the road.’

 

4.     tme fe&kelo p(9r mne vaGyo.

‘The stone you threw hurt me.’

 

B.     We use pluperfect sentences to report about the events, which occurred in remote past.

C.     The pluperfect marker is -Ael\- or -Al. You can drop the gender and number marking material from the verb in most cases. Examples:
