José M. Regueiro
Associate Professor of Romance Languages; Undergraduate Chair, Spanish
Spanish literature of the Golden Age. He has published Espacios dramáticos en el teatro español medieval,
renacentista y barroco and descriptive catalogues of the manuscript comedia collection at The Hispanic Society of America and of
the early printed sueltas and partes in the University
of Pennsylvania Libraries, as well as articles on pre-Lope and Golden
Age drama. He is currently working on the Spanish pastoral drama before
Lope and has directed dissertations on various aspects of Golden Age
drama.
