--- J E S S I C A   C H I U

I can't say much but
sad and not be too tragic--we
hate that. I must
straighten this anxious
moment up--it's small
and nervous in my stam-
mering throat. I won't eat to-
day and forever. You can't
make me peanut butter and
jelly and ginger tea from New
York. The phone won't
hold anyone that close. I
don't remember light this
heavy and nights don't
shut up, either. Though I
catch you in all
directions, straight on sends me
scattered. scared. to philadel-
phia and no further. I
miss you already and
right now, most.
