Um, the v4 max right margin is 273 *picas* (450di). Compared to 200pi, that's
the good news. Compared to an unlimited right margin, which would solve the
redundant-coding-at-newlines prob ...

But nb: Designating a tiny type size (e.g., d sz=4) too when you tyf squeezes
a lot of chars onto a line. And for WD: SW=1. I started with an html.pr3;
although v3 has a 650-unit max page length, it doesn't blink at d rm=9999.
