As Director of the Multi-Media and Educational Technology Services (MMETS) department at the University of Pennsylvania, I am responsible for the daily operations and services of the Multi-Media Services facility. MMETS provides a wide variety of technical support services for the UPENN community. Please feel free to browse through the many services our facility provides.
