About the CCAT Gopher

The CCAT Gopher was in service from about 1993 until the Spring of 2003. Because some new web browsers could no longer access the Gopher, we copied the materials from the Gopher to this web space.

The materials were rearranged to put like materials near like. Some directory names were changed to make them easier to use on the Web; for example, changing to all lower case and eliminating spaces. The text archives have all been moved into the http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/gopher/text/ area. If you're having difficulty finding materials, try working your way from the two links at the top of this page (http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/gopher/).

The Gopher is no longer being developed.
