The conference organizers would like to extend an invitation to all members of the community interested in matters of language pedagogy to join us for the following sessions. The presenters will report on a new intermediate-level Italian curriculum being developed at the University of Pennsylvania which sets cross-cultural learning as a central goal together with language acquisition and which involves students in Italy and at Penn in cross-cultural discussions via the Internet.
