Wealthy man – in a village- rats- in kitchen-man in trouble-kept cat-cat saw rat-ate it up-rats couldnot get out of hole- couldnot find food- were getting weak-called assembly for deciding how to get rid of the cat-much discussion took place-one rat said a bell should be tied around the cat’s neck so that...-all rats agreed-at that time one old rat asked-"who will tie the bell?"- no one could answer-all remained silent.
