A number of possible publishers have already been contacted. Cre-A Publishers of Madras, India, have been involved with the project since its inception in 1978, and have recently published their own Tamil-Tamil- English dictionary ( kriyaavin tamir-tamir-aangila tarkaala akaraati). Oxford University Press has also seen a version of the dictionary, and sent it to referees for evaluation; their response was that they would make a decision pending completion of the final version.
