Íà edu is used as a verbalizer to express the notion `inchoative' or the beginning of an action.

  1. ½¶Õ Íà pasi edu `begin to get hungry' (lit.: `take hunger')

  2. ÂÁÕ Íà vali edu `begin to feel pain, hurt'

  3. »Ô´£ Íà daaham edu `begin to get thirsty'

(Note that `get sleepy', however, is expressed with ÂÔ vaa `come';
