The one The other The marathon

Fragile succession

time and how we write it out

Slowly a sun and off the page they come wary of intrusion these small moments wherein

reduced and perpetual curled up like some seashelled animism

Put a shell to your ear and hear whatever you want hear anything

Cover your eyes learn how to listen

Waves queued up in the margin,

subtle change of hue of mood lightly, lightly, as the world, poetry resonates

scraps of paper these images blown and restless pressed up against the same chain link fence

light wavers glancing off the inconsistency of trying to portray all this.
