Rethinking Josephus’ Antiquities: A Wrap-up Session

Alex Ramos (Penn), Jacob Feeley (Penn), and Jae Hee Han (Penn)

Seminar

Please join us for the sixth and final session of this year’s PSCO on Wednesday, May 7 from 7 to 9 pm in the 2nd floor lounge of Cohen Hall. In this session. We will attempt to bring together the various pieces of the Antiquities that we have examined over the course of the semester and discuss some of the broader themes and new ideas that emerged out of our sessions, as well as taking the opportunity to assess the initial questions with which we set out on this long journey through Josephus’ magnus opus. Our co-chairs, Alex Ramos, Jacob Feeley, and Jae Hee Han, will provide some synthetic assessments of the previous sessions to facilitate conversation.
