Siegfried Kreuzer has updated the Index of Articles and Book Reviews (originally published in Volume 50) so that it now indexes volumes 1–52. This expanded index is available as a searchable PDF.

For its first 43 volumes, the Journal was known as Bulletin of the International Organization for Septuagint and Cognate Studies (BIOSCS). Beginning with volume 44, the Journal is known as the Journal of Septuagint and Cognate Studies (JSCS).

IOSCS itself printed and published the first 33 volumes. Eisenbrauns published volumes 34–49. Beginning with volume 50, Peeters Publishers has published the Journal and will sell back issues.

Each volume of the BIOSCS and JSCS is copyright © by the International Organization for Septuagint and Cognate Studies on the date of publication.
